JAMES DOODY ACQUIRES 10% VOTING INTEREST IN BNP RESOURCES
James Evans Doody, of Calgary, Alta., has acquired 2,052,000 Class A and 5,000 Class B shares of BNP Resources Inc., effective Dec. 7, 2009. Total shares held directly and indirectly amount to 2,614,600 voting units (2,531,000 Class A and 83,600 Class B shares), representing a 10.05-per-cent interest.
These shares were purchased for investment purposes. Mr. Doody may purchase additional shares in the market, or alternatively, sell some or all of his holdings, depending on market conditions. It is not the intention of Mr. Doody to influence control or direction over the management of the company.
