BNXA cuts

I agree with the cut backs... the number of trades is still looking good, but for the outlook at this time, expanding too much would be silly.

So, good call for managment to do that. Tighten it up and when the time is right start expanding further while still growing into other segments and taking advantage of the downturn.

The cuts are prudent and considering the commentary provided at the webinar (i.e., low productivity of some staff, especially remote staff) yesterday, very much neccessary. The business needed to be right sized for the direction the crypto market is heading.
