Actually, Tim stated at the AGM that the elaborate would probably be completed 60 days after the completion of the PEA. He then went on to discuss how they may need to wait until the government is formed, along with the committee that will be reviewing our elaborate. His estimate was September and he hoped that it would not take this long but it was up to the government's timeline as they formed the new government.
Tim's words from the AGM conference call...
"And more importantly is the completion of the elaborate. And again while it's similar in a lot of ways to the PEA it does have some some distinctions as well. And so it will take we estimate probably another 60 days beyond the PEA to reconfigure the data from the PEA for use in the elaborate for submission to the government.
When we submit it to the government is a bit of a question mark right now."
I posted the Google transcription of the AGM in March but it appears to have been removed.
I hope this helps clarify what timeline was actually stated by Tim during the AGM conference call.
For the record, I am also annoyed that it is taking so long to submit the elaborate.
