Under normal circumstances I would agree with those who are frustrated with lack of communication from management. However, this particular time in the company's evolution is crucial. I suspect there is far more going on behind the scenes than we can imagine; many of which may depend upon other pieces of the puzzle to be set.
I believe the recent catagorization of boron as a crucial mineral for national security by the U.S. is huge. I suspect it will wake up a great deal of attention. Besides submitting documents to the Serbs, there may be multiple partner discussions going on in the background.
Anyway, that's just my $0.02 worth,
