RE:What a bonehead move....This is the fourth or fifth attempt at a partnership agreement. All failed. The common denominator for the failures is TD.
I sense that there is a feud between TD and Osmose. We probably will never know who the culprit is that is preventing a partnership agreement between the parties. I'm sure you know who I have my money on.
