Whatever the answer some here will call it an explanation while others will call it an excuse. I understand the angst many have about the process, and I believe management has the same frustrations at times.TD used the "imminent" word a few times on items that still haven't materialized. I believe he has been told "imminent" by others and relayed that message to us? Maybe the better choice of words might have been "We have been told this will happen imminently"?
Anyways, we all want this done (correctly) and rapidly. Some shareholders and management have been here for about 30 years (14 for me). This is hard to "over deliver when you do not have control and wait on others.
