Can someone help me understand what the hold up is here?  The FS was done... they raised a ton of money last year... all was in order but we're waiting months, for what?  The CoR is in hand.  What's going on?!?!

Very good question. The people that would have the answer are management. I suggest a call to Blake for the answer would be most appropriate. Whatever the answer some here will call it an explanation while others will call it an excuse. I understand the angst many have about the process, and I believe management has the same frustrations at times.TD used the "imminent" word a few times

It's a small office, not large corporation with 1000's of employees.  Tim can walk feet or pick up the phone to get answers quickly. There's no excuse for mixing words.  Immenently is not a correct choice of words here in my opinion.  It's just another (over-)promise.  Now is the time to host town halls, not immediately following news that's already clear in

There's more documents to Part 2 submission than the FS. The hold-up must be related to one of these.  Planning never was Tim's forte.

FS is created by third party. While it may have been completed some time ago we do not know if any additions, corrections or changes were required. If so we are (again) waiting for the third party to complete. You may recall that an annex was asked for in the Elaborate submittal. Submission of the Feasibility Study, which has been drafted in accordance with Serbian mining regulations, will fulfill the Company's second and final obligation in the mineral exploitation license approval process - NR of September 2023. Maybe the reprising warrants is to get money to pay 3rd party on FS. Just a guess here .

We went over this a few weeks back as I brought it up and was strongly informed by a few that this was not the case.  I remain skeptical.  Timing aligns... Osmose dragging out so can't fund the FS and here we are with another Warrant repricing.

During that last town hall, submission of the Part 2 documents were identified as short-term objectives. We all know what Tim means when he says "imminently", well short-term is a bit longer than that.  In the meantime, please wait in silence....
