RE:Possible Reasons For Delay- It's not #3 for sure, I think that they've got a few years to submit it (I've got to check but it's far from today).
- BONE stated that the FS was competed and as it hasn't been submitted, no additional documentation has been asked from them, so it's not #2 (or part of #1).
- I don't know if SRK is owned $ by BONE or not. Would Tim be that dumb? (Don't annwer that one...).
I posted a while back the documents that were part of the license submission. One of them was related to local governments issuing an:
"Act of local government unit in charge for the Urban Planning concerning the compliance of exploitation with the appropriate spatial or urban plans and a possible need of development the planning document of lower rank".
Maybe they're waiting on the Serbs..... All the other required docements should have been prepared and ready for submissions a while back...
Anyway, if it has anything to do with having to pay SRK, BONE should have money in the bank pretty soon due to the present PP closing 4 weeks from February 21 (March 20, 2024).
"The Early Exercise Period will commence two weeks after receipt of TSX Venture Exchange conditional approval and run for 2 weeks."
Anyway, What a never-ending sh!t show !
