Here's the important part:

A total of 62,916,898 common shares representing 36.56 % of the 172,083,769 common shares entitled to vote were represented.

The CoR was approved over 3 months ago !!!
I'm stuck here (as many others), how many times do I have to repeat it ! All my pre-consolidation shares are close to worthless, why would I sell them now ? I'll remind you that I'm sitting on ~1 cent pre-consolidation shares.

Do you remember when TIm was saying that the geological elaborate took much longer than expected (what else is new!) but that would save us a lot of time in the following approval steps.  Remember that ? Well, where here now !  I don't mind delays but I hate being misled (I'm being kind here) though! 3 months, WTH are they doing ?
