From the results of the last AGM:
1/3 of entitled shares voted ->? 110M entitled shares did not vote.
Taking out mgmt. votes: about 53M entitled shared voted positive.
Thusm to oust this managment team you would only need about 60M additional entitled shares to vote Nay to kick Tim to the curb. Not that many shareholders would be needed to reach that #.

So when Minepic says that an overwhelming # of shareholders support this mgmt. Take it with a huge grain of salt. Just Minepic being Minepic again !

Hey Mawsworld, you got me curious ! Exactly what type of characteristics is needed for a shareholder to be built for BONE ?  From your perspective, is BONE the poster child for investing in the TSX-V ?

I think he's showing frustration .Not like you as you are pumping tds other venture as well . So we are going to be a thorn in their sides till they get their act together and tell the truth what is fkn happening

You're pretty selective in your post, tmp: Here's the important part: A total of 62,916,898 common shares representing 36.56 % of the 172,083,769 common shares entitled to vote were represented. The CoR was approved over 3 months ago !!! I'm stuck here (as many others), how many times do I have to repeat it ! All my pre-consolidation shares are close to worthless, why would I sell

L&L   I was pretty upset and angry by consolidation..........looking back they had to do something to keep raising funds  to get us to where we are today.   I am focused, at this time, on filing FS and getting exploitation licence.........we have come a long way.....assasinations...government corruption,  unfavorable elections........but are now closer than ever

Tmp, the problem is that they kept on spending like drunken sailors after the consolidation ! I am also focused on them filling the Part 2 documents. It's been almost 100 days since the CoR ! Do they have something more important to do ? They weren't ready to submit when they got the CoR ?! They had been waiting for it since October 2022 !? Tortuous path indeed ! Turtoise path tambien
