Just keep kicking the can down the road and collecting a salary. If it hits the jackpot, even better.
The only solace is that the only work to do is performed by a third party, and I suppose a bit of admin work by the professional staff. He doesn't have to do squat other than BS us, and get re-elected once a year. Even that is set up som it's almost impossible to get rid of him.
Anyway, not sure what could be the hold up on Step 2 doc submission. Mind blowing. I can't imagine selling the recent Warrant redeemers a big opportunity and then sticking it to them 2 weeks later. Maybe he's waiting 3 weeks to stick it to them??
