Just a couple of thoughts...

Jim Wallis's contribution, in the last PP is a huge vote of confidence for me. He has an amazing mining experience, spanning 40+ years, and has spent a good deal of time with Piskanje.

The fact that the Commission had asked for more items, from the FS, means, it shouldn't take much time for the approval for the mining licence. Also the FS does not have to go through a Committee.

Hi Gordo, Just saw your post. You could try opening in a different browser, if not try the Google search for Boron One videos, and this is the first one to pop up.   I like the fact that it is short, and upto the point.  "Significantly derisked", as per the video, should translate to higher price per share/ better terms with the funding partner. GLTA

Strange timing to state that the financing is secured, given that by tomorrow (and if BONE consents), Osmose needs to:   1) subscribe to 35,500,000 units of Boron One at the GREATER of EITHER CAD$0.12 per unit OR "X" per unit (the "Unit Purchase"). [where X= the closing price for Boron One on the TSXV Exchange on the day prior to when funds, which are sufficient for

Maybe the 4 th time is a charm for us to get financed by an outside party . In the past we have found that "secured " is not the same as " financed". Osmose must fund the first tranche to get exclusivity in the venture , so hopefully that alone is incentive for them to step up and get involved in this hopefully lucrative project. At a .045 share price we.can  see that

I suppose raising funds through a PP and early warrant redemption could also account for "financing is secured".

It doesn't say for what the financing is secured for....Hey, there's enough to pay Stenka's salary. All's good ! The 26th will be a new day as BONE is looking for Investco #5.....so many suitors, as per Tim. Just get the FS into the ministry's hand and see what happens once the exploitation license is approved.
