Some very good points. However, I believe that BPE is focused out west, as they should be, not because of government policy, but because of the strong economy and future growth, esp. in Alberta. They should focus on high - end markets such as Edmonton & Calgary and be very selective out East. BPE also focuses more on the middle to lower upper end of the daycare market. Not to be the cheapest option...but the most modern and best in class.
