RE:Finally !! A profit!I wouldnt get too excited. The profit there is really due to the gains from the one time recognition of selling their space to First Cap and then leasing it back. Ontario continues to be challenging and Alberta which has been their engine of growth for the last little bit is now starting to look challenging thanks to the economy.
