Finally !! A profit!
A net profit of .011 cents ahead of the one analysts predict of flat. This will be the first ever!! With several growth parts coming online, a profit ( growing!) should be assured in all coming Q's! .40 - .44 cents / share after one more Q

I wouldnt get too excited. The profit there is really due to the gains from the one time recognition of selling their space to First Cap and then leasing it back. Ontario continues to be challenging and Alberta which has been their engine of growth for the last little bit is now starting to look challenging thanks to the economy.
