BLUTIP POWER ANNOUNCES LEGAL PROCEEDINGS

Blutip Power Technologies Ltd. has become aware of an Ontario lawsuit commenced by Robert Bucher, former president and chief executive officer, seeking damages against the company following the termination of his employment relationship with the company for cause. The company's initial review of this action is that it is without merit, and the company intends to vigorously defend it.
