For those of you who care. The assets were aquired by CCM. When BPR couldn't raise anymore money, the writting was on the wall. Looks like CCM sees the value, atleast with no debt or stockholders ...more

It doesn't cost anything for a class action lawyer if they are one of the larger ones. You don't do much other than get it going -contact them, tell them what happened etc. The problem is it ...more

Class action against directors

A case could be made that some caniving was going on for most of 2011. This failure seems like it was orchestrated. Anybody have an idea how to get a class action going? AG

so trading has been halted, company goes into receivership (bankrupt) and the sell off of assets begins to protect stakeholders. Does that mean anything for the average joe shareholder? We can pretty ...more

Sp rebounded nicely at days end after lows of 3.5. Someone (institutions?) buying up cheap shares I wonder? Anyone have L2 info?Still holding and hoping....
