Class action against directors

A case could be made that some caniving was going on for most of 2011. This failure seems like it was orchestrated. Anybody have an idea how to get a class action going?

I had same thought when this went down. Had a similar story in another one of my picks a few years ago. SP took a nose dive, then it came out that company withheld some crucial info etc... Many "seasoned" and "knowledgeable" posters suggested class action. Lots was said over the period of sev weeks but nothing came of it. Basically all agreed that the only parties that would ...more

It doesn't cost anything for a class action lawyer if they are one of the larger ones. You don't do much other than get it going -contact them, tell them what happened etc. The problem is it has to be worth their while. We got ripped - CCM had insiders at blutip that caused the default, then CCM capitalized on on the default.
