I had same thought when this went down. Had a similar story in another one of my picks a few years ago. SP took a nose dive, then it came out that company withheld some crucial info etc... Many "seasoned" and "knowledgeable" posters suggested class action. Lots was said over the period of sev weeks but nothing came of it. Basically all agreed that the only parties that would benefit would be the lawyers.  According to the many posters, the process involves hiring an attorney, then parties interested in joining the class action call to be put on the list. At least that's how it was explained on the SH board. Just passing on what I learned from that particular instance.
