It's the move to NASDAQ

It's the move to NASDAQMidatech taking over Bioasis. Midatech has less than 4 million shares outstanding. 

Share price is USD $1.30

...with Bioasis shareholders retaining majority ownership of the combination, which will trade on NASDAQ.
