If DrDR doesn't have an answer, or has the wrong answer, then thought will have to be given to what actions are possible.  

If Bioasis turns out to be in default before a vote can take place, then maybe the TSX would be interested in the fact that a meaningful vote cannot be taken by shareholders, that DrDR has already caused shareholders to lose xB3. Other regulators may also be interested in that.

So, I think we need more information.
