narmac, I believe there needs to be a 65% yes vote for the deal to pass. 

Don't know what to make of it that only 2 Million + shares have been traded since trading resumed on Dec 13, 2022, out of the 77 Million + shares held by the general public for BTI. This means that the vote can go in either direction. Up or down! 

MTP is largely held by institutional investors. A good chance the MTP vote will pass.
