1.2 billion fully diluted shares but $50 billion...

1.2 billion fully diluted shares but >$50 billion in long term revenue potential?

It gets kind of wild...

But first they deal has to be completed or...

Hummmmmm,,,the target market for Biodexa you say amounts to $50 Billion???,,,,,what percentage of that $50 Billion is the xB3 platform accounted for?,,,,,7% ????,,,,,less ???? The deal is not horrendous to say the least but it is another failure by Bioasis to create shareholder value. In fact the onlt pro is it lessens the overall risk to shareholders across the spectrum but the con is it damages ...more

,,Acchhhh,,I think I see why we only get a .9556 share for every Midatech share,,,that missing part of the puzzle looks like the bridge loan and liabilty from Bioasis,,,,,!! The tirpatite agreement wouldnt even cover our pittance of debt,,so they had to penalize the BTI shareholders !!! BTI shareholders have undoubtedly bought into the company with ruffly $40 Million of their out of pocket ...more

",,,,we on this end have discussed this deal again siince the webinar and we are still siding as a no vote!" narmac, I believe there needs to be a 65% yes vote for the deal to pass.  Don't know what to make of it that only 2 Million + shares have been traded since trading resumed on Dec 13, 2022, out of the 77 Million + shares held by the general public for BTI. This means ...more

GV,,, I have witnessed in my 37 years of investing some poor negotiating skills from public company management teams and this one is a weak as they come. Talk about throwing the baby out with the bath water!!  I hope other shareholders with incentive to see xB3 thru will agree! I would like to see the costs for a Phase 1 trial on xB3-001 !!! ,,It is very doable within the existing ...more

narmac, I agree. BTI shareholders ending up with a single digit in the ownership makes no sense whatsoever. Placee Holdings owning 56.6% of the new operation effectively gives them full control, but not much is being said about it on this forum. Placee/Lind/Ladenburg collectively end up owning approx 80% of the new operation. Wow, such greed! G1945V

"Hummmmmm,,,the target market for Biodexa you say amounts to $50 Billion???,,,,,what percentage of that $50 Billion is the xB3 platform accounted for?,,,,,7% ????,,,,,less ????" If BTI sold 40 million shares with 40 million warrants and has 120 million fully diluted shares currently that would mean 67% more dilutive shares and it could still be two years from clinical trials and lacks ...more

we on this end have discussed this deal again siince the webinar and we are still siding as a no vote! Narmac.  Interesting dilemma.  I'm tempted to vote no.  A "no" vote would be a middle finger to it all.  Some satisfaction in that.  But what's the end game?  Could Bioais so some financings, pay off their debts, and wait for a partner to do ...more

KBC not to be insulting or critical of you in any shape or form, but if I'm not mistaken, are you not the one that sold off your RVX shares last year and bought BTI shares with the proceeds from the sale? If so, how do you feel about it today? I think POF is making a good argument for staying with BTI. As you say, where will BTI end up going it alone?  jmo G1945V

are you not the one that sold off your RVX shares last year and bought BTI shares with the proceeds from the sale? If so, how do you feel about it today? I feel great about dumping my RVX shares.  IMO the current outlook is dismal and my average selling price was more than 2x today's 0.145 price. Very little of it went into BTI.  Most went into three other stocks. I think POF is ...more

I think POF is making a good argument for staying with BTI. Are you watching MTP trade?  Volume is 6046 today and the spread is a ridiculous 0.80 x 0.865.  Is that looking good to you?

KBC both companies are being hit hard because of the potential merger and its unknowns. Both companies are on their knees because of the predicament they got themselves into over time. If it takes the merger for both companies to survive then so be it. We all need to decide for ourselves what we do going forward. We are stuck between a rock and a hard place. We're caught in a damned-if-you-do ...more

This is actually a great deal,,,if,,,,,xB3 dont work,,,,it is an absolute embarrassment if it does! I bought the risk in the clinic,,not the risk from poor management! We are said to have deals with payouts of upwards of $200 Million dollars,,,,,,was that not said!!!,,add up the present deals,,,,,,,shelve xB3 for data to come out,,,,,do a PP to pay off our debt,,,,,,wait it out for 2 more years ...more

1.2 billion fully diluted shares but >$50 billion in long term revenue potential? It gets kind of wild... But first they deal has to be completed or... This reminds me of Shark Tank when some entrepreneur comes in talking about the multi billion market for their product.  Then the camera jumps to a Mark Cuban eye roll -- just because there is a big market out there doesn't mean you ...more
