RE:RE:RE:1.2 billion fully diluted shares but $50 billion...GV,,, I have witnessed in my 37 years of investing some poor negotiating skills from public company management teams and this one is a weak as they come. Talk about throwing the baby out with the bath water!! 

I hope other shareholders with incentive to see xB3 thru will agree! I would like to see the costs for a Phase 1 trial on xB3-001 !!! ,,It is very doable within the existing shareholder structure imo!!,,,why give all this technology to greedy holding companies who have no plan ahead but to take the spoils from existing retail investors!!!

This type of deal resembles something we all see from our Governments!!,,,Pitiful!!
