A). KL is significant shareholder in OSK and BTR.... It is Good to Know OSK shareholder structure : 20% OR+OSK management.... 40% KL + institutions.... Make no mistake, Institutional will follow KL. So if there is hostile takeover KL will be" no brain winner".... OSISKO Group will take the money.... just like they did before....... BUT before to go "hostil" after OSK, KL will buy BTR.... just like they bought BTR's CEO!!!
B). OSK's Windfall project is not single discovery.. It is clear now, that it is a part from district which could be compared to TIMMINS District... GLADIATOR PROJECT IS in this district...... KL will be the first from " THE BIG " which will build mine in this district...... If OSK do not buy BTR, then OSISKO GROUP could use something like (1),(2). to have access to Bachelor Mill. ONE DAY when Windfall became "big enough" OSK could build there own Mill... BUT NOT BEFORE THAT....
C). Zugzwang (German for "compulsion to move", pronounced [tsuktsva]) is a situation found in chess and other turn-based games wherein one player is put at a disadvantage because of their obligation to make a move; in other words, the fact that the player is compelled to move means that their position will become significantly weaker. A player is said to be "in zugzwang" when any possible move will worsen their position.
(A), (B), (C)..... BTR do not need to to make a move........ SP will double....Then will double again......
