People may want to live the california life style but the california middle class can't afford it and are leaving. They are being replaced by the poor and homeless and it's the political climate of the state government that has made it that way. Now your asking the same people who caused the problem to fix it. Not going to happen. It's doesn't matter how many people live in a state, if it's managed well it will work.
