RE:New Press Release - Bonterra Announces $3M to $5M Brokered Private PlacementWell, a PP financing with a 1/2 warrant attched this time. Just enough money to do a couple small items and pay the Board of Directors and MAP for another year. Not to mention dilute shareholders more. 

Kicking the can down the road again.
