Un financement 0,175; Donc, il y aura assurment une baisse du titre demain.  Pourquoi pas autour de 0,20.  Probablement que la direction a de la difficult trouver du financement

Well, a PP financing with a 1/2 warrant attched this time. Just enough money to do a couple small items and pay the Board of Directors and MAP for another year. Not to mention dilute shareholders more.  Kicking the can down the road again.

fruit , that's a 15-25 % dilution to shareholders ..at .17 cents ouch ...i guess second batch of gold at mill wasn't that great..anxious to see goldpan pump this up ...i feel for you guy's ..glta

Idle, 15-25% dilution and for what?  A few more drill holes, cover a bond issue, and pay the BOD and management another year. Oh and maybe answer some queation about the mill expansion.
