Ok, I don't believe the state would overturn the approval because a few people are unhappy at the noise levels (would assume that would have been shot down at the county level ...more

I think so barring any appeals to the state. Idaho wants jobs and the revenue from nat gas production so it will happen. I will try and contact the company in the next couple of days to find out what ...more

I thought they already voted for a conditional permit and it passed, 6-1?  Is this vote tomorrow to possibly revoke the conditional permit if BUK hasn't met the conditions below ...more
