The hoops they had to jump through, the EIA, the noise abatement, ground water protection, explosion and safety prove out systems, etc, etc, are all part of normal development course of action. The company will meet them because that is the regulation norm now and already factored in for cost in the development. I watched the video and the faces of the people in it. These are the same people that still want their Apple ipads, and ipods, political promises, microwave ovens, and of course a furnace to heat them in the winter powered with natural gas.
