RE: complicated deal, but do-able.... Has anyone got any suggestions as to what may happen to the SP based on the sale? From the website - It looks to me that they are selling their only real assets?
Also - I'm still puzzled by the fact that none of the members of mgmt who resigned have sold any shares?
