complicated deal, but do-able....

apparantly the new buyer might have to start all over with the permitting process because the permits are not transferrable........ however that can easily be mitigated with Bridge/Paramax being involved with equity and still holding the permits , that is if the permits are of real importance to the deal. What is the most important, I think, is the quantity and accessibility of Gas. These M&As are done all the time, so unlikely the permits are a deal breakers. cheers, N

Has anyone got any suggestions as to what may happen to the SP based on the sale? From the website - It looks to me that they are selling their only real assets? Also - I'm still puzzled by the fact that none of the members of mgmt who resigned have sold any shares?

Bridge is attempting to cover some $60million in debt from its 50% interest of Willow Hamilton. The farm in to its leasehold acreage is outside of this deal (I presume). What the lenders may be impressed with is bridge capability to enter into these strategic deals and be able to cough up some $$$loot. At least the bid came up to 700,000 at 1c this a.m. No dumping right now. I believe the AGM was ...more

The BOX , in this instance, is a purposefull and legal  scenerio whereas the share price is controlled tightly on either side. In the case we see now with Bridge it is an essential situation. For a number of reasons the share price can end up 'out of control' in either an upside or downside in the event Bridge itself does not control the price. I believe bridge is completely in ...more

Thanks for the explanation, it is appreciated.  Sounds like this one will drag much like the permit approval process did!  Ugh......

the big decision right now is IF an investor buys right now, one can purchase a big chunk of stock right now at .015c for sure. 743,000 shares bidding for 1c. and 678,000 for sale at 0.015c. gotta like it. The door to the vault is open but what are the bags of shares really worth right now. weeks away from the important $$ news or will there be other announcment in-between. Now Paramax turn to ...more

I've owned this stock for over a year now and have been in "waiting on news" mode since the beginning.  Each time the news finally comes it is half *ss.  What also drives me nuts is the zero news on the Durango revenue that we are suppose to be receiving to assist with debt payments.  If it is dead, say it!  BUKers all know we have real assets in ...more

I have been in/out of Paramax since its envolvement with Paramount Ventures.... and I did own Transco at the 8c level, silly me sold out early for a small profit, then transco ran to over $2.00. So this goes back into the early 1990s, although paramax indicated a 1997 start, I recall being at a meeting in Vancouver when Paramax was more a leaflet of material in Paramounts glossy Annual Brochure ...more
