Mighty strong words about Mr. Kryczka, I would ask why you say he was/is a jerk. Perhaps you can explain that. I mean do you consider him a jerk because he sold shares...is that your reasoning??? So he is no longer CFO....big deal, he still is a vice president there....now Business Development.
