RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: New well just north of Kip

The question begs... could the same results be accomplished by drilling a series of Vert wells for the same amount of cash? OR is a data room holding "the science" going ot generate a better asking price.

When a fella is trying ot sell a car... is he going to get more money for a vehicle he's run through the spray and wash to the tune of $20.00 OR would he get a better price if he took it to a detailer for something north of $100.00? I know I'd prefer to buy the detailed car... and that is where we are at...

Torc isn't selling their car...and I would assume... that BWD assets... and LEG's WI would be included in any deal... since I have already stated pretty clearly... that neither is up to the task (financially) of producing AB Bakken... UNLESS... the early production metrics are sooo compelling that raising a billion dollars won't be difficult...

In any case... the ideal sell scenario would be for BOTH BWD and LEG to divest the AB Bakken... each walks away with far more than they started with... their Aboriginal partner ends up with an experienced operator with deep pockets to finish the exploration and start the production phase... and a senior ends up with a solid contiguouls asset capable of producing for decades...

It' is always going to be about the quality of the early work...

as always it is just my opinion... do as you choose...
