A second report out yesterday stated that Poland is negotiating to regain its former portion of Western Ukraine called Lesser Poland.

That will include the RK field.
The history of this area of eastern Europe has shown quite frequent shifts in land from one country to its neighbour,subsequent to continental wars.

Infact, Poland itself did not exist until just after WW1 when reparations assembled pieces of territory which they called Poland.
