Wait for the other shoe to drop

Wait for the other shoe to drop

What is the next shoe to drop before the Baja AGM?

Turn to page 3 of the original MK Proxy Circular dated Feb. 22, 2012. You will find a graphic entitled "John Greenslade's Web of Conflicts".  Focus on the brown coloured box "Catalyst Copper".  There are four lines pointed outbound and one line pointed inbound.

Inbound line:  (John Greenslade) is the President, CEO and Director of Catalyst Copper.  If John resigns eventually, it will be from Baja. However, he will not be the next shoe to drop.  John may resign from Baja in 2014 when every thing is up and running at Boleo and he is ready to cash in his Baja marbles and put more skin into Catalyst (along with Fiore Financial Corp.)

Outbound lines

1. Gerald Prosalendis will not be the next shoe to drop.  He has resigned from Baja "for personal and family reasons".  This does not apply to Catalyst Copper. He shall not be resigning from Catalyst any time soon.

2.  Denby Greeslade will not be the next shoe to drop.  Her job at Catalyst is secure because Frank Guistra is a friend of the family and any friend of Frank is a friend of Radcliffe Foundation.

3. Terry Hodson is VP Exploration and Director at Catalyst Copper.  He is also General Manager, Geology for Baja. His jobs are secure as the two jobs are not in conflict. He will not be the next shoe to drop.

4.  Gordon Keep is not related to Baja Mining except in the mind of Jonathan Fiorello.  You remember Jonathan.  It is an apple. The Jonathan apple is a medium-sized sweet apple with a strong touch of acid and a tough but smooth skin.  Best to forget Jonathan.  You don't want to get into his mind.  Nor near it.

Gordon Keep is a Director at Catalyst Copper. He will not be the next shoe to drop.  I guarantee it. Gordon is as close to Fiore Financial Corp. as one can get.  As God always said, any friend of Fiore Financial Corp. is a friend of Frank, which makes Gordon a friend of a friend of mine, so to speak.

So who is left? Who is the next shoe to dro?   Hmmm.  If it is not Lorie Waisberg, then by systematic  deductive process of elimination, it must be Stephen Lehner!  See, there is light at the end of the tunnell.  As Doris Day and Frank Sinatra  would sing, "There goes another rubber tree plant kerplop".

Next time your found, with your chin on the ground
There a lot to be learned, so look around

Just what makes that little old ant
Think hell move that rubber tree plant
Anyone knows an ant, cant
Move a rubber tree plant

But hes got high hopes, hes got high hopes
Hes got high apple pie, in the sky hopes

So any time your gettin low
stead of lettin go
Just remember that ant
Oops there goes another rubber tree plant

When troubles call, and your backs to the wall
There a lot to be learned, that wall could fall

Once there was a silly old ram
Thought hed punch a hole in a dam
No one could make that ram, scram
He kept buttin that dam

cause he had high hopes, he had high hopes
He had high apple pie, in the sky hopes

So any time your feelin bad
stead of feelin sad
Just remember that ram
Oops there goes a billion kilowatt dam

All problems just a toy balloon
Theyll be bursted soon
Theyre just bound to go pop
Oops there goes another problem kerplop
