Yes, a good question.  No, I do not know the answer.  Accordingly, this post represents only my undocumented, amateurish speculation.

 

First I do not accept that any board member is indispensible. Second it is my speculation that Mr. Prosalendis departure from the BOD might have been for a very altuistic reason. His resignation, far from being part of the past morass, might be part of the future solution.  We shall perphaps know the answer within the next five weeks.

 

My advice is for all of us to bite our tongues, not to rush to judgement, and to wait for the publication of the 2012 Baja Circular for the next AGM.  Then we shall know (1) the slate of company BOD nominees and (2) if there is to be a dissident slate of BOD nominees. 

 

I remain cautiously optimistic for the short term.  In the long term we shall all be six feet under.
