The CEO is buying with full hands ! 
The only red flag is here , the company should do something , drilling or a JV . 
Just wait , is not what investors want to see !

It's not the CEO buying all the insider shares. He bought the last 2,000. The buyer is David Lotan or Lotan Hodings. I'll wait thank you and see what is up next year.
