RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:NEWSI coudn't agree more. The judge seems to feed into their tactics and continue to allow them to continue on with this method of frustrating the company and manipulating the process. This only allows the lawyers to get richer and frustration to boil over. I would like to have seen a date set and stuck to, given the strategy of the legal team previously. If they cant stick to the timeline, they lose, plain and simple...no more delays... This is why the courts get so backed up because of manipulation like this is allowed to continue on a regular basis. They really need to clean this up by preventing this in the first place.
