Who haw gets washed under the bridge and is gone, but there is no Statute of Limitation on criminal acts and the penalties are severe if you go too far. Bruce Duncan was a very fair and emeithetic human being, well versed in law, having spent three years working for the New York Attornies Office for Elliott Sriptzer, the Attorney Gener, his job was building prosecution cases for Elliott, and Bruce held a hammer in his hand over two different cases possible that injured CCB and refused to use it on a group who were falsely energised against the mine and ingnorent of the ramifications their actions. Bruce did the honourable thing to protect those individuals, in spite of all the negative retoric heaped upon hinself , Olga and upon CCB for months. Nuff said Alex, time for reflection on why you are caught up in this mess because I don't think you realize how out of touch you are and why you are doing all you can to deny you community the Right of knowing the truth and about their possible prosperity.. Election delivered on false premises is not a plebisicite on anything. You have been getting the truth time and again from such as Larry and others but refuse to acknowledge it because of your closed mind Alex, but you are not the White Knight going to slay the Fire Breathing Dragon that you perceive yourself to be! You are just continuing to do Le Gris bidding against Saywell,and Le Geis lost in court and turned against gslr when he hit a pothole with his car and demanded $1200.00 from gslr to fix his car or he would sue and all that while he sat on council. What dies that tell you about Mr Le Gris' motives that you are bending over backward to defend???? Le Gris abandonned you andthe others long ago and you have been spun out of contro ever since! Time for some reflection Alex; you can still do your community good if you stop fighting an enemy you never had in the first place, and look for solutions because they are within reach for you Alex? Take some time and think it through with logic and perception and leave the rancor and vilification behind. You can do better, and if you will acccept that, then we can all help set the record straight.
