RE:RE:John Feneck ??The permit applications by BHT were complete long ago . This is a mine that was operating up until an electrical  fire .  What if your house burned down and you were forced to live in a hotel for 3 years while city bureaucrats reviewed your building permit . That`s government . They have to add complexity to keep their jobs safe . And it works .    The catch is that really good mining jobs sit on the shelf as we wait . Looking at that place I`d love to work there .
Waiting is part of the process I guess .
