2019 AGM management felt bad for the rollbacks
They decided they were going to let the existing shareholders buy into the upcoming private placement for $1.00 per share and give us a warrant @ $1.50. The share price was .80 cents on the open market. I spoke up and brought up the Suwar nickel deposit that was supposed to be as big as Sudbury which we still haven't received the results of Vale's airborne testing. They didn't have much of a response to that, after the meeting Chuck was telling me I was going to be Happy!! And he introduced me to a pal of his from Tech.
I Truly believe Chuck wants his investors to be rewarded for their loyalty and belief in him and his team. Unfortunately without the promotion his companies won't slowly increase in price it will take a major and JV. When that happens that's when we wil have a share price that reflects our deposit. Think BHP has some cash to invest as they lost out on Norant. Stay tuned results out soon. GLTA

Notice of meeting for CD AGM is 9:00 AM on a Friday, with Markets open for 4 more hrs. Usual Fipke co. AGM's are after Market close on Fridays.

The AGM was at 9:30 this morning, so wait till next year for the next one. No news is bad news.

No I was busy this morning and unable to attend. if there would have been anything good, they would have put out a news release this morning. Looks like Fipke has gone undeground with any pending news. Maybe when they need more financing we'll get a blurb.

Fipke has a history of ticking important peeps off. I think he first has to deal with the newest batch of dissenters b4 revealing any new news...good or bad.

Thx, Carter! Your in depth analysis of the agm is much appreciated!! Was anything mentioned as to the dissenters and what they've been doing...or at least what appear to be dissenters?

As far as this billboard they don't even look at what is said, that is what Chad has told me previously. As far as shares being dumped on the cheap it is a fund out of Brazil, why is anyones guess. Good buy now if one wants to add
