Does North Rackla have anything in common with ATAC Rackla which they cannot do anything with because of aboriginal issues?

ATAC Have 3 gold mines discovered on their property about 50 km south west of CD. One is an open pit low to medium grade mine, while the other two are conventional shaft mines. All are profitable. There was some environmental issues with hunting lands being part of the property and I think they were returned back to the government and the first Nations as a gesture of good faith.
