RE: insider buyingEither Rene buys to accumulate or he buys to sell a bit higher again. Why I also like this second possiblity? Well, I prefer that an insider  places buy orders at .05 to fish all those shares sold buy people who might want to get out for any price. Thus it is much better to have as serious buyer at .05 than falling shareprices below .05. In this case the insider support the price at .05 as well as he makes some extra small gains by selling at, lets say, 0.65.....and than uses this gains  just to buy again at .05. One can think about this trading whatever one wants - I call it support, just to avoid, that impatient tiny shareholder sell 1000 shares for .01 just to clean their portfolio.
If Rene does it because of this reason, I could not see any reason to feel bothered by this kind of support.
