Either Rene buys to accumulate or he buys to sell a bit higher again. Why I also like this second possiblity? Well, I prefer that an insider  places buy orders at .05 to fish all those shares sold buy people who might want to get out for any price. Thus it is much better to have as serious buyer at .05 than falling shareprices below .05. In this case the insider support the price at .05 as ...more

It appears you are assuming it is Rene that has the large sum of shares for sale at $.065? If that is the case, it is a clear sign insiders don't expect any rise in sp any time soon. Otherwise, he would hold on to sell at a higher price, which clearly won't be the case. It's truely unfortunate when the CEO/Director has to be the one to attempt to keep his stock ...more
