If that is the case, it is a clear sign insiders don't expect any rise in sp any time soon. Otherwise, he would hold on to sell at a higher price, which clearly won't be the case. It's truely unfortunate when the CEO/Director has to be the one to attempt to keep his stock below a certain level (ie: $.05) instead of by genuine interest by other investors...very sad.
