Finder's fee: $191,950 cash, 1.71 million shares and 702,000 warrants
Finder's warrant terms: Each warrant entitles the holder to purchase one common share at the price of 5.5 cents for a period of five years from the date of issuance.
The company issued a news release on June 22, 2023, confirming the closing of the private placement.
