I believe these are shorts covering. remember it went up as high as .24 cents on NR. lots of shorts that day. Peter is covering IMO.

29 million @ 12 cents = $3.48 million. Not so much, especially if it's divided among many. Maybe you know how many ways it was divided and the more power to you but if I saw an almost guaranteed 8 ...more
