RE:RE:I am going to go to the meeting on the 19thI personally believe that CEX overpaid for DCK's assets. DCK was in trouble and CEX bailed them out at a premium in my opinion, and the opinion of the market. Once this news hit, and it was long before the crash of oil, the stock sold off significantly. As I said before, I respect this management team so I would love to hear their views firsthand. I hope their will be some interesting information passed on during the meeting Friday morning. Please explain to me why you think we are getting a "great" deal? I have not seen one report or stock move that agrees with that, but certainly hope you are correct! Even though I have a decent sized position, my shares will not be enough to swing the vote haha, just interested to hear your reasons and of course the board of CEX.
