I don't see a takeover by 7gen at this price. KCK and 7 gen mgmt are less than cozy. Regarding the zero assessment with 7gen, I could explain further but we don't run in the same circles. The good news is you have a 99 percent chance of getting your $4.75. It's all good. Mine is going to be in the bank. Just my opinion, let's see how many bids come in. We got very lucky in this market. Many companies are trading well below the value of the assets with proven and probable being badly discounted. This offer is very very fair on all levels.
